Leadership & Girl Empowerment
Leadership isn't just about standing on a stage or giving big speeches; it's about the choices we make every day. It's helping a friend, speaking up when something's wrong, and standing strong even when it's hard.
We believe that every child has the potential to become a leader. That's why we run a dedicated program to teach leadership skills not just in theory, but in everyday practice. Each week, a new group leader is chosen, and together we explore what it means to lead with responsibility, empathy, and confidence.
The program also includes mentorship sessions where inspiring individuals share their knowledge, experiences, and values with the children. These moments help open their eyes to what is possible, especially for our girls.
Unfortunately, in many African countries, there is still a deeply rooted belief that women are not equal to men and are expected only to fulfil domestic roles. Through our leadership training, we aim to empower our girls, helping them understand that they are capable of achieving their goals not only as future mothers but also as strong, independent, and working women who value and respect themselves.
